2. solution preparation

A. Prepare for reference solution

Weigh precisely resveratrol reference solution around 3mg to 25ml volumetric flask, adding methyl alcohol to dissolve and constant volume.

Prepare for sample solution

Weigh precisely samples(same solution concentration as reference solution) to 25ml volumetric flask, adding methanol, sonic oscillation 20mins. Cooling to indoor temperature, constant volume with methanol. Filter with 0.45μm millipore filter to finish.

3. Test samples

Under chromatographic condition mentioned as above, waiting for Instrument and base line stable. Inject samples to test, keeping resveratrol around 14min. Calculate
