【 Introduction to Lorlatinib/Lorlatinib 】
Lorlatinib is a third-generation ALK inhibitor that serves as a follow-up treatment for crizotinib resistance. It can inhibit 9 mutations associated with crizotinib resistance, making it particularly suitable for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who are resistant to other ALKs.
Indications for Lorlatinib/Lorlatinib
This product is a targeted drug suitable for treating ALK positive non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC patients.
For first-time NSCLC patients with ALK positivity, the effective rate of this product is as high as 90%, and the intracranial effective rate is as high as 75%;
For patients who are ALK positive and have previously received crizotinib, the effective rate of this product is 69%, and the intracranial effective rate reaches 68%;
For patients who are ALK positive and have previously received treatment with ALK inhibitors other than crizotinib, the effective rate of this product is 33%, and the intracranial effective rate reaches 42%;
For patients who are ALK positive and have previously received 2-3 ALK inhibitor treatments, the effective rate of this product is 39%, and the intracranial effective rate reaches 48%;
Clinical results indicate that this product exhibits clinically significant activity in treating lung tumors and brain metastases in advanced NSCLC patients with ALK positive and ROS1 positive.
